Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation, if applicable
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrect items received

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery if any of these situations occur.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, please contact us promptly with photographs of:

  • The item received
  • The shipping label
  • The packaging

This allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or defective item), we will provide an appropriate solution.

For returns requested for other reasons, return shipping arrangements and any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
